Cheree is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor who holds a Level 3 certificate. She began practising and later teaching yoga in the greater Dallas area before relocating to beautiful Bournemouth. She is warm, welcoming, and passionate about the art of yoga.

Class Description:

Beginner classes are suitable for students who are new to yoga. The emphasis will be on standing, seated, and supine poses and preparations for beginning inversions like shoulderstand.

All level classes are suitable for all students, including those new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method. The emphasis will be on standing, seated, supine poses and preparations for inversions. More experienced students will have the opportunity to also practice more intermediate poses such and inversions such as Sirsasana (head balance) and Sarvangasana (shoulder balance).

Iyengar Yoga Workshops at the Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre

In these 3-hour workshops, we will explore a theme or family of poses and work on creating more stability and mobility in the poses to feel the uplifting effect of yoga on our minds and bodies.
